Unlike many larger and smaller companies, staffs are recruited only after years adventure trekking, Peak Climbing and Mountaineering Expeditions in Nepal and Tibet.
- All our trek leaders / guides have worked in the large international adventure companies for many years and have the Certificate of Wilderness First Aid course.
- All adventure climbing mountaineering trips are staffed with a mountaineering Sherpa and a group leader with mountaineering training and experience.
