Client's Feedback of 2005

Our experience with Mountain Monarchs
exceeded our expectations on all dimensions.
Of course the adventure was visually
stunning, trekking through the rhododendron
rich forests with 8000-meter peaks
filling the blue sky. But our experience
with Mountain Monarchs was so much
more. Mountain Monarchs, a relatively
small operation, provides the personal
attention that creates a relationship
with the guides and opportunity to
become intimately acquainted with
the culture and people of Nepal. It
was a fascinating process that started
with a few emails exchanging questions
about the trek that evolved into a
friendship with the staff and a deep
commitment to the Nepalese people.
For those individuals that are in
the process of determining which trekking
company to select, let me make it
easy for you...Mountain Monarchs will
take the best care of you, make you
laugh and personally attend to all
of your needs. They are awesome!

and I joined Mountain Monarch for 6
weeks in Nepal. Our Everest Base Camp
Trek was OUTSTANDING----------- I was
extremely impressed with our guide's
English and his knowledge of the area.
He really loves Nepal and took the time
to show us so many things that the average
trekkers over never gets to see. Like
most AMERICANS we are concerned about
the political unrest and the ongoing
Maoist problems. There are NO Maoist
in the Everest region and that area
should be considered totally safe for
tourists. ---------We also joined Mountain
Monarch for an attempt of Island peak
climbing; the Climbing Sherpas were
exceptionally professional and treated
us to a day of ice climbing. ------Overall
I was 100% satisfied with Mountain Monarch,
they treated us well and I will return
again.

| I,
Mark Squirrell, along with three other
friends, employed the services of Mountain
Monarch to guide and support our efforts
to climb Imja Tse (Island Peak) in the
Solo Khumbu District of Nepal. Mountain
Monarch provided pre mission advice,
catering, accommodation, training and
guiding in order to allow our team to
reach the summit of the 6189-meter peak.
The quality of service provided by
the Mountain Monarch staff was extremely
high and of a professional standard.
In particular they showed immense
care and motivation towards our endeavor
to reach the top. Without their help
and guidance it is clear that we would
not have all made it to the top. I
recommend Mountain Monarch to any
individual or group that may wish
to climb Imja Tse or similar such
mountains.

Our
experience with Mountain Monarch was
truly memorable. We are both experienced
travelers in Asia and wouldn't normally
utilize the services of an agency.
On this occasion it was just as well
we did, as there was a national emergency
in Nepal and Mountain Monarch proved
to be a good friend to have in a crisis.
We would not hesitate to recommend
MM .If you are looking for a friendly,
professional, reliable and personal
service. You really can't go wrong.
Thanks again for a wonderful unique
experience.

We
were initially impressed by your web
site, which gave full and detailed
information regarding the tours available
and the staff involved. That initial
impression was supported by the rapid
and professional response we received
directly from Pradip to any questions
that we raised.
Our trip to Chitwan Jungle Safari
was a great success and Tibet was
a real eye-opening experience. The
scenery was quite wonderful, made
even more so by the many snow covered
mountaintops. Everest base camp was
an experience not to be forgotten.
All in our party really enjoyed the
4 wheeled drive tour from Lhasa to
Kathmandu, it was an adventure and
some of the off road mileage was truly
spectacular, and for me this was a
real highlight of our holiday. I must
pay tribute both to our guide and
to our drivers. Our guide was very
knowledgeable and did much to make
our trip through Tibet a great success.
The drivers were very safe and instilled
us with confidence despite some uncertain
road conditions. Nepal is a beautiful
country and I wish you and Mountain
Monarch every success in bringing
more people to enjoy that beauty.

"I'm
glad I chose Mountain Monarch for my
first ever trip to Nepal. It was the
Annapurna-Jomsom trek plus city tours.
I had a keen interest in photography
and MMA individualised the trip to meet
my taste and expectations. The professional
knowledge and experience of my guide
Binoy was invaluable throughout the
trek. The media indeed overstates the
dangers of traveling in Nepal. Never
did I feel in danger whilst under the
care of MMA. Nepal's natural scenery,
culture, and its people are wonders
never to be missed. Come to Nepal and
let the professional team at MMA give
you the trip of a lifetime. I'll certainly
be back!"
