Manaslu trekking route, unknown to many trekkers and not as popular in past as regular trekking region like Everest, Annapurna or Langtang is one of the best destination now to experience hiking in Nepal. Manaslu, literally means, a mountain of spirit and being an eight highest mountain in the World at 8156m, offers a tranquil spirit along the way with diverse nature and landscapes.

Ideally, Manaslu trekking track begins from Gorkha and ends at Manang and became regular route since 1950 when the team of Japanese attempted to climb the peak. Officially, the first ascent of mountain Manaslu was 1956 by Toshio Imanishi and Gyalzen Norbu from Japanese expedition team.

Nubri trekking route is an another name used for this itinerary and has a significant value of Tibetan Buddhism too. Along with the magnificent Himalayas and picturesque villages, one can see many monasteries and people practicing Buddhism on the way.
