Peak Climbing in Nepal

Nepal Himalayas has been the focus of outstanding achievements in the world of peak climbing expeditions with its identified 1310 peaks above 6000 meter. One quarter of them are officially opened for mountaineering activities, which offer the best choices for the trekking peak climbing and mountaineering expedition trips in Nepal.

By Himalayan standard there are many smaller mountains in Nepal known as ‘Trekking Peaks' (ranging from 5587 to 6654 meters), which any fit & keen trekkers can climb. Climbing these trekking peaks is the next step beyond simply trekking, however, it includes basic mountaineering above the snow line using ice axe, crampons, ropes etc under the supervision and instruction from the climbing guide, who have considerable mountaineering expertise and experience.
