Environment issue
It's easy to buy cheap
airline tickets and arrange a trip to the
mountains but the problem is, people leave their
negative traces. While operating tours and trekking
program, protection of the fragile environment
is our topmost concern. Mountain Monarch is
aware of preserving & conserving the past
glory of our ancestors and to hand over all
the Natural and Cultural affluent to our next
generation. As our lives have revolved around
the Mountains & valleys, we feel bigger
and increased responsibility to protect and
preserve these Natural and cultural resources.
We are committed to minimizing the negative
impact of tourism and enable you to 'take only
photos, leave only footprints'. We cook using
kerosene or LPG gas and bring back all non-biodegradable
items used on all trips. Being a member of KEEP
(Kathmandu Environmental Education Project),
we are organizing various 'Eco- Tourism Workshops
in association to protect the fragile environment
and indigenous cultures of the Himalayan Kingdom
of Nepal.
Forestation Program
To put a brick on our commitments we have active
involvement on forestation program jointly organized
by Trekking Agencies Association Nepal at Kashi
Bhanjang, Kavre every year on the World Environment
Day.
Porter’s Children
Education Fund

committed on our policy of giving back to the
respective communities. Thus Mountain Monarch

children education. It has separated 10% of
the profit in the different social activities
including Porter’s Children Education
Fund. We welcome anyone interested kind contribution
in our mission to provide better education to
the many more deprived children.

Water Project

responsibility. We therefore assist to enthusiastic
individuals, groups and organizations on the
genius support to local communities development
for school building and drinking water project
in the remote region.

They are our kith and kin as well as the backbone
