Five friends and myself have used Mountain Monarch on two occasions now and both times they have given outstanding service. 0ur first trip was a trek to Mera Peak in October 2004, our most recent to Baruntse, a 7160-meter peak that was quite a serious expedition. They came highly recommended and have proved to be well organised, have top quality equipment and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who speak good English. They employ top quality guides, which makes all the difference. Their staff, even porters work for them year after year which I think says a lot.

I'd like comment the Mountain Monarch team for a tremendous job on our Everest Base camp trek and Lobuche Peak climb. I was impressed by the entire staff's professionalism and attention to detail on both the trekking and climbing portion of the trip. Mountain Monarch made this a trip a complete success and I recommend them anyone planning a trip in the Nepal Himalayas.
