Hassle Free Travel : We take care of your holiday from the airport to airport ( arrival to departure). All your accommodation and transportation is taken care of. Private transportations are used on all longer road journeys to guarantee the freedom of exploration and to increase your comfort. Entrance fees are included for all the cultural heritage sites, National and consevation parks. We make sure to have Peak climbing permit and domestic flight ticket beforehand. While on trip we offer you the free use of quality trekking gears (Sleeping Bag, Fleece Liner, Down Jacket, Duffel Bag) and all climbing gears (Plastic Climbing boots Crampons, Climbing rope, Ice axe, Zoomer, Harness, Figure of Eight, Pain & Locking Carabineers, Prussic cord, Ice bar, Ice screw, Tape sling).

Staff Welfare / Porter Protection Policy: We are committed on the welfare of our staff from Trek Leaders / Guides to Sherpas, Cooks and Porters. We ensure good wages, salary, Provident fund, proper insurance to the equipment and clothing needed for porters. They are our kith and kin as well as the backbone of adventure industry in Nepal.

Mountain Monarch has fulfilled all the standard set by IPPG (International Porter Protection Group) for the welfare and safety of all porters and is committed to improving their livelihoods. No wonder all of the staff including porters want to work for us over and over again. We have set some noticeable guidelines, which we are applying in our trips as a Porter Protection Policy.

Social Responsibility: Leading trekkers and climbers on the mountains is not the only things we do but also aware of the social responsible. We are also assisting in building up the schools on remote areas.

Environmental Aspects: We are aware on the protection of fragile environments while organizing trekking and climbing trips. We motivate all of our guests to 'take only photos, leave only footprints'. We cook meals using kerosene or gas in camping trip and prefer to stay at teahouse where Kerosene or alternative energy is being use for cooking. We do proper dispose of all the biodegradable rubbish and bring all non-biodegradable things like tin; batteries, plastic etc. back to Kathmandu for proper disposal.

Being a member of KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Education Project). We are an active member of KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Education Project), TAAN (Trekking Agencies Association Nepal), NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association) and contributor of their environmental and educational awareness programs on sustainable tourism with manageable growth and minimal environmental impact.
