Meet our Key person and Trek leaders / Guides
Decade long trip leading experience in the Himalayas. Have done wilderness first aid and mountaineering course. Known for his patience and interest for the flora and fauna. He has leads all the treks in Nepal including the climbing of the Yala in Langtang, Island in Everest and Saribung peak in Mustang region.
Dipen Rai is been a trek leader/ tour leader in India and Nepal for more than a decade. Have worked with Tucan Travels, Amadablam Adventure and is now working with Mountain Monarch Adventure. Dipen has attended the training programme for capacity building for service provider, Sponsored by Department of Tourism and Human Resource Development Division, Government of India. And have also done Mountaineering and Disaster management course including full first aid training from Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling, (Sponsored by UNCIEF) and also a certified Civil Defense Volunteer.
Mingma Chiri Sherpa
Energetic trekking and climbing guides who have worked with Peregrine Adventure base in Australia. Now a days leading Mountain Monarch group. Have done medical and mountaineering training.
Dhan Rai has more than a decade long trek cook experience working for Peregrine, an Australian base company. He did joined the Mountain Mountain in 2001 with company establishment and since then continue to work as a cook. He is good in catering the delicious and hygienic foods even in top of mountain. His patience with hard work compel our camping trekker and climbers keeps on asking to have their cook for the next trip to Himalaya.
Nima Nuru Sherpa
Born and grow up in Lukla, have seen many trekking and expedition group betting for the Everest. He has done medical and leadership training and leading trekking group since 2013 with us.
Born in Dolakha has join the adventure tourism in 2003 while seeing many trekkers and climbers hiking. He has been working with Mountain Monarch as trek guide since 2006. He have done medical and leadership training.
Born in Lukla and have trained on mountaineering and first aid medicine. He has been working with Mountain Monarch since 2009.
