CSR: Shelters and Schools for Earthquake-Affected People
Pleased to share with you that Mountain Monarch has completed its 1st phase of rebuilding Shelter/home and health posts and Schools for the recent earthquake-affected people in the Dolkha and Rasuwa districts before the Monsoon. We are very thankful to all our supporters for making this happen; without your excellent support, we would not be able to see the smiles on the faces of many people and students who are studying at the schools we all have made for them. We would also like to thank the MMA volunteering team, who have worked continuously for around two months to stand about 15 houses, including one blind family, one helpless elderly couple, one health post, and seven schools in Dolkha and Rasuwa districts. We also thank the volunteering team for contacting the Gumda village in the Gorkha district with water repair kits and gear to set up proper drinking water after the 25 April 2015 earthquake damaged it badly. We are committed to continuing our work to make the appropriate earthquake-resistance schools after the Monsoon. Thanks once again to all of you.
